In celebration of African-American History Month, Elizabethtown students are performing the poetry of a wide range of African-American poets in a concert of songs and dramatic readings. Paul Laurence Dunbar, Langston Hughes and Gwendolyn Brooks are just a few of the poets whose works will be featured in the program. Our singers are organized by Anne Gross from the Fine and Performing Arts Division; readers will be directed by John Rohrkemper from the English Department. A small dessert reception will immediately follow the performance outside of Zug Recital Hall.
